In this key role, you will carry out necessary maintenance, repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment, including beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters, and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Role Title: Service Technician
Location: Thomastown, Victoria, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Service Manager - Victoria
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service‑related sector.
Robust problem solving to meet customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to deliver a high level of communication and skilled customer service.
The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and administrative skill set.
Current and valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to meet client requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service.
Prepare clear, accurate and concise service records.
Maintain servicing equipment and the company vehicle in good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate.
Become an expert on our products, stay up-to-date with new features and offerings, and use this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs.
Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.
