Seed Heritage is seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead our passionate team at the Myer Sydney Concession Pad. You will drive a customer-focused shopping experience by showcasing product knowledge and building lasting relationships.
In this role you will mentor up to 5 staff, work with leadership to run a profitable concession, manage rosters and back-of-house administration, and motivate the team to hit sales targets and KPI’s in line with budgets and brand standards.
