Your recent role
Manage a portfolio of complex personal injury claims, supporting individuals throughout their recovery and claims journeyBuild and maintain relationships with customers who have experienced injury or life-impacting eventsReview information from a range of sources, including medical specialists, rehabilitation providers and other stakeholdersWork collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely and appropriate claim outcomesDevelop and implement claim strategies that support fair and sustainable resolutionsMonitor claim progress, identify potential barriers and help guide matters toward resolution, attending conferences and hearings when requiredBalance multiple claims while maintaining consistent communication and stakeholder engagement





What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in CTP, personal injury, legal, insurance claims, allied health, case management or a related customer-focused workplace
The ability to manage sensitive and sometimes complex situations with empathy and professionalism
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport over ongoing interactions
The ability to assess information, make sound decisions and manage competing priorities across a portfolio
Exposure to working with medical, rehabilitation, legal or insurance stakeholders will be highly regarded, alongside a degree in one of these fields
