Charles River Development is seeking an L2 Systems Analyst to manage client production settings for Charles River IMS solutions in the Asia Pacific region. The role combines client-facing duties with hands-on system administration, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

You will work with SQL/Oracle databases, apply patches and upgrades, and coordinate with vendors to ensure a seamless service delivery. Periodic out-of-hours support is expected.
