Job Description

As a Local HC Driver at Qantas Freight Enterprises, you will perform warehouse duties including loading and unloading interstate trailers, as well as local deliveries and pick‑ups around the Melbourne Airport precinct. You will be part of a team that ensures the timely delivery of international air cargo within Australia. The role is permanent, Melbourne‑based, and operates on a 7‑day rotational shift roster.

Responsibilities
Load and unload interstate trailers to support international air freight operations.
Deliver cargo locally to and from the airport precinct.
Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet safety and delivery targets.
Assist with office duties and warehousing tasks as required.

Qualifications
Minimum HC licence (MC advantageous).
Valid forklift licence.




Approximately 2 years experience operating a forklift.
Good driving history (essential).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and focus on safety.
Experience in a cargo terminal workplace is desirable.
