Your current role As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service
Managing a busy reception desk and phone enquiries
Booking and coordinating appointments
Processing patient information and maintaining accurate records
Handling billing, EFTPOS transactions
Liaising with medical professionals and supporting the wider team
Managing incoming correspondence and general administrative duties





What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, ideally with Gentu experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach
Experience with medical practice software will be highly regarded
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team workplace
