Nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres – operating up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods – and we are looking for multiple experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in permanent full‑time positions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures.
Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high‑volume, fast‑paced centre.
Performing sterilisation and infection control.
Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
Supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations across a large, multi‑chair centre.
Working collaboratively within a large, qualified team.

About You
Dental Assistant experience preferred.
Confident all‑rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation.
Comfortable working in a busy, high‑volume clinical environment.
Solid understanding of infection control standards.
Reliable, adaptable and team‑focused.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Available Monday to Friday.
Location & Works Hours
Location: Sydney CBD – Monday to Friday.
