Swissport Brisbane is recruiting a Ramp Duty Manager to lead Ramp Services Agents, Supervisors and Trainers, guiding performance, coaching and development to ensure consistent service delivery. You will champion a solid safety culture and drive ramp operations performance as a hands-on operational leader.

You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated client services, plan manpower and equipment, monitor station performance, and produce key reports.
