What You’ll Do:
Build solid relationships with franchisees to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure compliance across store presentation, hygiene, customer service, and brand standards.
Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
Support local and national marketing initiatives.
Deliver in-store training and coaching to franchisees and their teams.
Assist with business planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
Contribute to current store builds, tech rollouts, new business training




Champion WH&S;, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:
Proven experience in multi-site retail or QSR management.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
Passion for brand integrity and franchise success.
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
