About the Role

Working within a busy contact centre environment, you'll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to members of the public via phone and email.

Your day to day
Responding to high-volume inbound enquiries.
Providing accurate information and guidance in line with policies and procedures.
Updating customer information across multiple systems.
Escalating complex matters where required.




Maintaining accurate records and case notes.
Delivering skilled, empathetic customer service on every interaction.

About You
Previous experience within a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
A calm and professional approach when managing sensitive or complex enquiries.
The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Must hold a current police check
