We are searching for energetic Registered Nurses at our90 bed Aged Care Facility Alkira Gardens in Sydney.

Night shifts and other shifts

This position is located at: 2 Animbo Street Miranda NSW 2228





Responsibilities:
Adhering to company policies and procedures in Clinical Care service delivery and provision of quality care for all residents.
Assessments, care plan and proper documentation.
Guide care team to provide appropriate clinical and personal care to residents
Health emergency responses, including identification of acute deterioration in residents and Incident management.
Conducting wound and pain assessments; administer wound and pain management regimes.

Successful candidates will have:
Demonstrate positive written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Valuable computer skills ie. MS Office, Web apps on PC & Mobile, Zoom
Experience in Aged Care setting, one year+
