About the Role
Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will guide customers through a considered, design-led purchase journey from first enquiry through to order completion. This is a consultative, floor-based sales role suited to someone who takes genuine interest in understanding what a customer wants and helping them realise it.
Deliver attentive, design-led service that builds trust and drives repeat business.
Guide customers through high-value purchase decisions using a confident, considered approach.
Identify and close sales opportunities consistently across all product categories.
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time.
Uphold showroom presentation and merchandising standards in partnership with the Showroom Manager.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail or showroom setting.
Experience in consultative selling, ideally across furniture, automotive, real estate, or luxury goods.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly in a high-traffic setting.
Organised and reliable, with accurate follow-through on customer orders and records.
Proficiency in Mandarin alongside English is highly regarded for roles at selected locations.
Uncapped commission structure on top of base salary, with genuine six-figure earning potential for consistent performers.
