About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, strategic and customer‑focused leader who can:
Manage and mentor a dedicated used‑car sales team
Oversee stock acquisition, pricing, merchandising and online presentation
Drive sales performance through solid processes and customer engagement
Maintain exceptional standards of compliance, presentation and professionalism
Deliver consistent results while upholding the Audi brand experience
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or Senior Used Car Consultant
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent knowledge of used‑car market trends,
valuations and stock management
A results‑driven mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
High level of organisation, communication and accountability
