We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Spare Parts Assistant to join our growing team.
About the Role
In this full time position, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting customers with sales and product enquiries.
Identifying and supplying spare parts for outdoor power equipment.
Processing orders and maintaining stock.
Providing outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone.
Working closely with our workshop and sales teams.
About You
Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Retail, sales or spare parts experience is preferred but not essential.
An interest in outdoor power equipment or mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
