Dispensary Technician – Watsons Collaroy Plateau

Watsons Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Dispensary Technician to join our friendly community pharmacy in Collaroy Plateau.

/n

This is a part-time position working Monday, Thursday and Friday. There may be an opportunity for the role to increase to full-time hours in approximately six months, depending on business requirements and the successful candidate's availability.

/n

This position would suit an experienced pharmacy professional who takes pride in accurate dispensing support, efficient workflow and delivering dependable service to patients.

/n

About the Role

/n

Working closely with the pharmacy team, your responsibilities will include:

/n
Assisting pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions

/n
Preparing and maintaining Webster-pak Dose Administration Aids

/n
Supporting the day-to-day workflow of the dispensary

/n
Maintaining accurate patient and medication records

/n
Monitoring and replenishing dispensary stock

/n
Following pharmacy procedures and relevant quality standards

/n
Providing qualified and courteous service to customers

/n





Skills and Experience

/n

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

/n
Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician in an Australian community pharmacy is highly regarded.

/n
Experience preparing Webster-packs or other Dose Administration Aids

/n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

/n
Good organisational and time-management skills

/n
A cooperative and reliable approach to teamwork

/n
Clear and professional communication skills

/n
The right to live and work in Australia

/n

Previous community pharmacy experience and relevant pharmacy qualifications will be highly regarded.

/n

This is a Part-time position working:
