Smash Royalty is a locally owned, family-run smash burger restaurant serving fresh, cooked-to-order burgers every day. We're growing and are looking for multiple motivated team members to join our kitchen.

Whether you're experienced on the grill, confident running fryers, or enjoy food preparation and burger assembly, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

/n

We're hiring for multiple kitchen positions, with duties include:

/n

Cooking smashed beef patties on the grill

/n
Cooking breakfast items including eggs and bacon

/n
Building burgers to specification

/n
Food preparation and portioning

/n
Stock rotation and storage

/n
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

/n
Keeping a clean, organised kitchen

/n
Working efficiently during busy service periods

/n
Supporting the team wherever needed

/n/n

We're Looking For People Who:

Have kitchen experience - Essential





/n
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

/n
Able to confidently read order dockets, recipes and food safety procedures.

/n
Thrive in a fast-paced workplace

Work well under pressure

Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Take pride in producing quality food consistently

Are reliable and punctual

Have positive communication skills and work well as part of a team
