Job Description

We are looking for Diploma and Cert 3 trained educators to support our teams at our Central Coast centres, including Point Clare, Niagara Park, Terrigal, Wamberal, Tuggerah and Kanwal.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated team member who love teaching and brings the best out of every child.

In these roles you will be required to:

/n

Develop and maintain positive relationships with all children, families and work colleagues

/n
Be able to build rapport with children through play, engage in conversation and help to create learning experiences around their interests

/n
Ensure the centre environment is developmentally appropriate for children

/n
Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs

/n
Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment

/n
Be part of a supportive team workplace and culture that values collaboration through sharing information and teamwork

/n
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are always maintained

Required qualifications:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

/n
A Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.
