Proud Smile Jnr is a modern children's dental practice committed to providing exceptional dental care in a fun, welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team.

/n

This is a part-time position working 4 days per week, with the occasional Saturday.

/n

About the Role

/n
Greeting patients and their families

/n
Managing appointments, phone calls and emails

/n
Chairside assisting the dentists and oral health therapists

/n
Instrument cleaning, sterilisation and infection control

/n
Processing payments and health fund claims

/n
Maintaining a clean and organised reception and clinical environment

/n
Providing excellent customer service to our patients and families

/n

About You

/n




Have previous experience in a dental reception and/or dental assisting role

/n
Enjoy working with children and their families

/n
Have a bright, bubbly and positive personality

/n
Be organised with excellent communication and time management skills

/n
Be reliable, skilled and able to work well within a team

/n
Be confident using computers and learning new software

/n
Experience using Praktika software is a bonus, but not essential

/n
A Certificate III in Dental Assisting is desirable, but not essential

/n
