About the Role:

Participates in the preparation cooking and presentation of food for the respective outlet, unsupervised.

/n
Prepares the required quantities of food for the outlets as per the instructions given.

/n
Prepares and serves all food according to the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney standards and procedures.

/n/n

Ensures that all kitchen equipment is in good working order.

/n

/n




Maintains a high standard of grooming at all times.

/n
Keeps the dishwashing area organised and clean, hand washes dirty dishes, cooking equipment, chinaware, cutlery and glassware when needed.

/n
Ensures the dishwashing machine is cleaned and kept in positive working order - checking temperature gauges and detergent indicators frequently.

/n/n

You will be paid on an hourly wage basis under the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020.

/n

You must have working rights in Australia.
