Incognitus is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Operations Crew based in the Wollongong and Illawarra region to support our growing operations across local venues and events.

Due to increasing work in the area, we are looking to build a dedicated local crew rather than relying on staff travelling from Sydney. This is a great prospect for those who enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and working behind the scenes at major events.

About the Role
/n
As an Event Operations Crew member, you will assist with the delivery, installation, setup, pack down and maintenance of event infrastructure across a variety of venues and event sites.
/n
A key focus of this role will be supporting operations at venues such as:
/n
WIN Stadium
/n
WIN Entertainment Centre
/n
Local Wollongong and Illawarra event sites
/n
Regional NSW venues as required
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
Event setup and pack down
/n
General labouring and manual handling
/n
Loading and unloading infrastructure
/n
Installing temporary event infrastructure, signage, fencing, flooring, furniture and equipment
/n
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
/n
Following WHS procedures and site instructions
/n
Assisting with event logistics and operational requirements
/n
About You
/n
We're looking for people who are:
/n
Based in the Wollongong or Illawarra region
/n
Reliable and punctual
/n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
/n
Available to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts
/n
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
/n
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
/n
Hold a current driver's licence (preferred)
/n
Have previous event, labouring, construction or warehouse experience
/n
Highly Advantageous
