We are currently seeking an experienced Lifestyle Officer to join the team at Harden Grange in a rewarding part-time opportunity.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Officer, you will play an important role in developing and delivering engaging lifestyle and wellbeing activities for residents.

You will work closely with residents and the wider care team to create activities that support individual interests, social connection, independence and overall wellbeing.

This is a part-time position, offering the opportunity to become a valued member of the team while making a genuine difference to residents daily lives.

What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 1 year's experience working as a Lifestyle Officer and/or within aged care
Certificate III or IV in Leisure & Lifestyle




Certificate III in Aged Care is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
A genuine passion for supporting older people and enhancing their quality of life
A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
