Evolve Early Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in West Mackay, Queensland. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

What you'll be doing
/n
Creating and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development
/n
Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children
/n
Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
/n
Observing and documenting children's progress and development
/n
Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and policies
/n
Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the quality of care and education
/n
What we're looking for
/n
A relevant early childhood Teaching qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Education)
/n
Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting
/n
Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles
/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
/n
Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
/n
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
/n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
/n
Working with Children Check or equivalent
/n
