Talent Quarter is currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our growing casual workforce across Brisbane North. We currently have a robust demand for morning (AM) shifts in residential aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Provide high-quality personal care and support to aged care residents

/n
Assist with activities of daily living

/n
Monitor and accurately document resident care

/n




Administer medications (where qualified and authorised)

/n
Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams

/n
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care

/n/n

To Be Successful You Will Have

/n

/n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

/n
Minimum 6 months' experience working in residential aged care

/n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

/n
Current 2025/26 Influenza Vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination in line with client requirements

/n
Full Australian working rights

/n
Be currently residing in Australia
