What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, checking them in, and scheduling appointments

Handling patient inquiries and providing information about dental services

/n
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date

/n
Performing basic administrative duties such as answering phones and processing payment

/n
For the dental assistant position it will be assisting our dentists and oral health therapists with procedures and treatments

/n
Preparing and sterilising dental instruments and equipment

/n/n

What we're looking for

/n

/n
Previous experience as a Receptionist &/or Dental Assistant is preferred

/n
Basic knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment

/n
Excellent customer service and communication skills

/n
Proficient in using dental software and computer systems

/n




Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

/n
Attention to detail and robust organisational skills
