Sydney | 6 Month day rate contract | Hybrid

We're working with a leading Australian based organisation to find an experienced Vendor Analyst to support their IT Vendor and Asset Management function.

This is a hands-on role spanning vendor management, contract governance, procurement, technology assets and lifecycle risk.

You'll be responsible for:
Supporting IT vendor and contract management activities
Managing renewals, vendor obligations, SLAs and contract governance
Analysing technology assets and identifying lifecycle, support and risk issues
Coordinating vendor remediation and procurement activities
Supporting spend analysis, invoice reconciliation and financial governance
Producing reporting across contracts, assets, renewals and technology risks
Working closely with vendors, procurement, finance, technology and senior stakeholders





We're looking for someone with:
Experience in IT vendor management, contract management or technology procurement
Solid understanding of IT contracts, renewals, software licensing and asset lifecycle
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel or Power BI is desirable
