They are now seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to play a key role in maintaining the high standards that underpin their exceptional customer experience.

This is a rare chance to take on a highly sought-after leadership position, overseeing a busy and varied workshop while remaining hands-on with a fleet of 300+ pieces of machinery and vehicles – from tractors and utes to mowers and whipper snippers.

Leading and developing a skilled workshop team, you will oversee the servicing, maintenance and repair of the fleet, ensuring equipment is secure, reliable and ready to support day-to-day operations and major events.
