About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team
Operate on Lifestyle Roster Day / Night.
This leadership role focuses on strengthening maintenance execution
Provide consistent operational support and develop the supervisory team.
Drive protected, efficient maintenance outcomes across planned and breakdown maintenance.
Support workforce development.




Ensuring consistent work management across all crews.
Work closely with the Superintendent and assist improvement planning, help to standardise processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of the operation.

What You'll Bring
Experience in a maintenance supervisory or leadership role within mining or heavy industry.
Robust leadership skills and ability to mentor, coach, and develop supervisors.
Experience managing both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Sound knowledge of maintenance planning and work management systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
Collaborative approach promoting consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to improve planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution.
A commitment to safety, operational excellence, and building a high-performing team culture.
