About the role
/n You will be responsible for delivering dynamic and structured group training sessions to a wide range of members. This role requires a strong coaching presence, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities
/n
Deliver high-quality group training sessions in a safe and effective manner
/n
Coach and correct movement to improve performance and reduce injury risk
/n
Drive energy, engagement, and culture on the gym floor
/n
Support members with progression, consistency, and accountability
/n
Assist in the development and delivery of structured training programs
/n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the training space and equipment
/n
Build solid relationships with members and provide a high level of customer service
/n
Stay up to date with training methods, industry trends, and equipment
/n
Contribute to team meetings and overall business growth
/n
About you
/n
Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
/n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a coaching or group training environment
/n
Strong understanding of exercise science and programming principles
/n
Confident leading group sessions with clear communication and presence
/n
High energy with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse member base
/n
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
/n
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
/n
Current CPR & First Aid certification must be held at commencement
/n
