High-value building product projects across the eastern seaboard
End-to-end technical and commercial ownership from order through to completion
Building materials or construction products experience essential
This is an prospect to join a global manufacturer of specialty architectural building products, with more than three decades on the ground in Australia. Known for delivering technically demanding, performance critical solutions. This includes louvres, wall and door protection, expansion joint covers and solar shading – across major transport, health, data centre and commercial infrastructure projects nationally.
This is a genuinely end-to-end project management role for someone who wants real ownership of complex, high-value work rather than a narrow site-based function. You will take carriage of a live pipeline of high value projects across the east coast, coordinating across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain from award through to completion.
If you have a robust background in building materials, construction products or engineered building solutions – and you're commercially minded, structured, and comfortable operating with autonomy – this is worth a closer look.
The role will also require you to:
Own the technical and commercial delivery of a live pipeline of louvre and building envelope projects for data centre clients across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
Act as the central point of coordination between sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and the client throughout each project's lifecycle.
Review drawings, technical submissions, and specifications against contract scope, resolving discrepancies ahead of execution.
Manage risk, scope changes and technical issues proactively, keeping projects on time, on specification and commercially controlled.
Maintain structured project tracking and reporting, giving stakeholders clear visibility at every milestone.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction, or a related technical field.
Proven project management experience within building materials, construction products or engineered building solutions.
Solid technical review, drafting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with ERP and project tracking systems; exposure to AutoCAD would be advantageous but is not essential.
