Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Key tasks include:
Develop, implement and maintain quality management policies, procedures and systems.
Establish quality standards, objectives and performance measures across the business.
Monitor operational processes to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.




Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate quality issues, defects and non-conformances and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain quality documentation, records, registers and reports.
Review work processes and identify prospects for continuous improvement.
Ensure relevant Australian Standards, regulatory requirements and client specifications are incorporated into quality processes.
Liaise with management, employees, contractors and suppliers regarding quality requirements.
Prepare quality reports and recommendations for management and promote a solid quality culture.

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor or relevant higher qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Business or related fields.
At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
Experience in quality assurance, preferably in electrical, solar, construction or engineering services.
Knowledge of quality management systems, auditing and compliance.
Solid analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
