What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email
Coordinating administrative tasks and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Accurately maintaining records and updating databases




Proactively reaching out to customers via email and phone as needed

What We’re Looking For:
Ability to travel to our Edward Street Brisbane office – accessible by public transportation!
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle customer enquiries with confidence and care
Comfortable using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus but not essential
