What you'll Do as a Clinician
As an Occupational Therapist at Superyou, you'll:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings, applying strong clinical reasoning in your day-to-day work.
Build capability and confidence in your practice with support from Senior Clinicians, using feedback, supervision and reflection to grow.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and support networks to deliver meaningful outcomes beyond the therapy room
Contribute to great outcomes for participants through thoughtful assessments, goal settings and intervention planning.
Work across diverse environments including home, school, workplace and community settings.
Develop your clinical interests and begin exploring areas of specialisations with guidance and support.
Engage in professional development and actively participate in Superyou's clinical community of practice.
What we're looking for
Essentials
1-4 years post-registration experience with demonstrated depth in OT practice
APRHA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Ability to work autonomously
Commitment to neuro-affirming, person-centred practice.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
WA driver's licence
Desirable
Experience working in NDIS-funded services
Additional qualifications or specialisations (sensory integration, mental health, assistive technology, etc)
Interest in leadership,



clinical governance or service development
Experience in hybrid/telehealth service delivery
