The RoleOur Mareeba Rural Branch is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor, with a strong rural industry background to lead our warehouse team.
This hands‐on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced workplace, leading a team by example, and delivering exceptional service to our farming customers.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain rural store front and ensures availability of merchandiseEnsure stock is ordered, stored, and sold in line with requirementsCorrectly display product in store in line with marketing requirementsSchedule and assign tasks to employees working in the shopMaintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal and legislative requirementsIdentify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customersProtect employees and customers by maintaining a clean and safe store environmentWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in a supervisory role ideally in a Warehouse environmentInventory managementSales experience within the Rural SectorAbility to motivate,
