Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
Provide guidance to the Care Companions and Household Coordinator
Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures
Qualifications
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards




Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
Strong coaching/training skills
Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Competent IT skills
