Fast Future Brands is a fashion retailer with Valleygirl stores across the country, offering the latest trends in clothing and accessories to our customers and expanding to overseas.We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated in both Korean and English to join our Design team.This role combines both Designer and Buyer responsibilities within our team.Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.Designer's major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Analyse trends in fabrics, colours and shapesResponsible for range planning and trend forecastingCreate garment sketch design with measurements & construction details for samplingAttend the fit session – Responsible for sample approval to ensure product quality standards of fabric, colour, trims and fitLiaise well with overseas suppliersDesigner's required skills,



qualifications & experience:Degree in Fashion Design or related field and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience in Quick Trend Fashion Industry is desirable but not essentialMinimum 3-5 years of fashion industry experience is requiredStrong design and conceptual skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBuyer's major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Provide summarized analysis in merchandising meetingsAttend order meeting to check the balance of key framing indicatorMonitor buying progress to ensure execution of purchaseBuyer's required skills, qualifications & experience:Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
Conversational level Korean language proficiency is requiredStrong statistical, communication and problem-solving skillsRetail and fashion industry experience will be highly regardedProficient in MS Office, particularly ExcelNOTE:1.
