Endeavour Foundation is seeking a calm, compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist individuals with complex support needs across a permanent roster that may include multiple sleepovers and a variety of shifts.
The role focuses on personal care, daily living skills, and community engagement in Buderim.You will help with meal planning, budgeting and social activities while maintaining a safe, respectful workplace and building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
