This is a fixed term contract covering parental leave within our service department, running from approximately September **** until October ****, with the potential for full-time employment at the end of the contract.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Service Administrator to jump into our team, roll up their sleeves and "get it done" to help us provide even BETTER levels of support to our customers, our co-workers and everyone in our team.
The Role:
This position involves coordinating service calls, keeping jobs moving from setup through to invoicing, and maintaining strong communication with clients and our Service Technicians/Contractors.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver effective scheduling, accurate job administration, and consistent client outcomes across long term contracts.
Primary responsibilities:
Communicating with customers, contractors and technicians to ensure the full customer experience from lodging a service call to completion of the job
Quoting and invoicing jobs
Service portal management
Day to day department administration
