Due to rapid growth and two acquisitions, this creative, AI-first Adtech platform, are looking to add a Head of Client Success to the business.
This role will see you overseeing the client services function of the business, working closely with agencies and brands to ensure they are getting what they want and need.
It will also see you using your commercial experience to identify opportunities for growth as well as manage a small but growing account management/ client success team.What you'll be doing day-to-day:Client managementClient retention and growthTeam managementWorking with wider team on process efficienciesStakeholder management, internal and externalCollaborating closely with Sales, Product and Trading teams in Australia and across APAC officesReporting into the MD,



ANZWhat you'll need to get the role:Extensive experience in account management/ client success roles across Adtech, Publisher and/ or Agency businessesA strong understanding and experience in the programmatic spaceAbility to manage Enterprise client relationships, both Agency (Holding-co and Indies) and Brands directProven commercial acumen - ability to drive growth and cross-sell/ up-sellStrong team leadership and mentor skillsA real energy and drive, and passion for helping a business move up to that next levelSalary: $*******k (depending on experience) + super + bonusThis is an exciting opportunity within an innovative, forward-thinking Adtech business, to lead the Client Services/ Success function for the business.
