Project Description
We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager / Squad Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs within a banking workplace.
This role combines integration leadership, Agile squad management, and strong domain expertise across core banking, payments, risk, and digital platforms.
Skills required
15+ years in technology delivery, with strong banking/financial services experience
Strong understanding of PCC Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, and IDE-based development.
Strong experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP), Event-driven architecture (Kafka), Data integration (real-time & batch)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON structures, and integration best practices.
Proficient in tools: JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, SQL, Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL) for data handling, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Strong exposure to core banking, payments, credit, or digital platforms
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance and scalability.
Proven track record in large-scale integration programs
Experience leading Agile squads and multi-team delivery
Core Competencies - Integration & systems thinking, Stakeholder & executive communication, Dependency & risk management, Agile delivery leadership
Preferred - SAFe / Agile certifications
Nice To Have
Experience with Experian Power Curve Originations.




Exposure to financial services, NBFC, or banking collections environments.
Familiarity with Linux, application servers (JBoss/WebLogic), and deployment automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD).
Knowledge of ETL frameworks, data pipelines, and integration orchestration tools.
Understanding of PCC version upgrade paths, environment setup, and multi-instance management.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Power Curve Collections (PCC v3.x) to meet complex business and operational requirements.
Develop and optimize collections workflows, treatment strategies, and decisioning logic using PCC Studio and strategy modules.
Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations between PCC and external systems (CRM, core banking, payment gateways, data warehouses, etc.) using PCC Connectivity and related frameworks.
Leverage PCC IDE for component-level customization, debugging, and version-controlled deployments.
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, performance tuning, and validation.
Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, DevOps, and business teams to design robust, scalable, and maintainable PCC solutions.
Support PCC upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiatives.
Lead technical troubleshooting, impact analysis, and root cause resolution for production and UAT environments.
Contribute to automation of deployments and monitoring through CI/CD pipelines and scripting tools.
