Click here for details and contact the enquires person for further information.About the roleThe Manager - Administrative Services will provide high-level leadership and facilitate the development of strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the effective coordination of administrative functions, supporting multidisciplinary service delivery across the organisation.
The role provides operational and strategic advice to management and employees on a wide range of policies, processes, systems, and legislation.
The incumbent will support the Director/s in providing the link between, and strategic interface with the Division, WCHN, and SA HealthKey duties of the roleProvide effective management of human resources and financial services.Managing the Division's physical resources by collaborating with key stakeholders and providing high-level expert advice and recommendations to DirectorContribute to the strategic directions by ensuring that all contentious and emerging issues are identified, managed, and brought to the attention of the Director/sProvide executive support through effective correspondence, documentation, records management, and communication coordination.Provide leadership and support to administrative staff through performance management, training coordination, and management of employee-related matters.Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in administrative management and leadership roles.Demonstrated experience managing, developing, and supporting staff to achieve organisational outcomes.Strong knowledge of South Australian public health systems and health service operations.Proven ability to manage complex issues, change,
