Job Title: Team Member (Subway Sandwich Artist), Townsville QLD

A$60,000 p.a. + Super
About the Role
Prepare and serve food (sandwiches, bread, cookies)
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
Operate POS/till and handle transactions
Maintain food safety, hygiene & audit standards
Monitor stock and assist with deliveries
Complete daily/weekly cleaning tasks
Follow safety and security procedures
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Position Requirements
Flexible availability across Monday–Sunday trading hours (6:30am – 10:00pm)
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including opening, mid-day, closing, graveyard shifts and weekends.




Capped at 38 hours per week.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Must have valid Australian work rights
Preferred (Not Essential)
Previous Subway or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience
Food prep, retail, or hospitality background
Valid driver's licence
