About the role The Principal Consultant, Conduct & Integrity leads complex workplace investigations, disciplinary processes,



and significant industrial relations matters across WCHN.
The role provides expert advice to Executives and senior leaders on conduct, performance, and workforce risk issues.
It also represents the organisation in external tribunals and supports high-risk case management.
Working within People & Culture, the role builds capability through training, coaching, and guidance to HR and operational leaders.
Key duties of the role Lead complex investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring procedural fairness and risk management Provide expert advice to Executives and senior leaders on conduct, performance and industrial relations matters Manage and represent WCHN in SAET and other tribunal proceedings, including preparation of briefs and submissions Coach and support HR Business Partners and managers in early intervention performance management and complex case management Develop and deliver training and capability building programs across People & Culture and leadership groups Skills and Experience Extensive experience in complex workplace investigations and disciplinary processes Strong knowledge of industrial relations, employment law, and tribunal processes including SAET Demonstrated ability to provide high-level strategic advice to senior executives on sensitive matters Highly developed communication skills including preparation of complex reports,



briefs and submissions Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities in high-risk environments Enquiries can be directed to Meredith Du Rieu
