About the roleAs a Sustainability Project Officer, you will support the development and delivery of sustainability projects across the District.
Working with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will coordinate projects from planning through to implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic and legislative requirements.You will:Support the design and implementation of sustainability initiatives across HNELHDCoordinate stakeholders and build strong partnerships across clinical and corporate teamsManage project plans, documentation, reporting and evaluation activitiesAnalyse data to inform decision-making and track project outcomesContribute to change management strategies to ensure successful and sustainable outcomesIdentify and manage project risks and competing priorities About youYou are a proactive and solutions-focused professional with a passion for sustainability and improving healthcare outcomes.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.You will bring:Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, project management, sustainability or a related fieldDemonstrated experience delivering projects and supporting change management initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to interpret data and inform decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesThe ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a teamHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Why join HNELHD?
