Set against the backdrop of Mount Warning and rolling green hills, Tyalgum offers a unique tree-change lifestyle for those ready to swap traffic and burnout for fresh air, connection, and creativity.ABOUT THE ROLE:We're seeking a skilled and inspired Baker/Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program – from sourdough artisanal breads to croissants, tarts, galettes and eclairs, to seasonal, rustic creations that bring joy to locals and visitors alike.You'll have the rare chance to work in a heritage bakery using traditional techniques, including wood-fired baking (training provided if needed).
