Do you have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.Demonstrated senior nursing experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in a relevant setting.Proven ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the service/facility are managed to provide safe, compassionate, quality care that is culturally responsive.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and manage conflicts and performance issues when they arise.
