Gosford Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Administration Officer to provide high-level support in a busy and ever-changing Emergency Department.

From coordinating workflows and managing competing priorities to delivering outstanding customer service as the first point of contact, your contribution will be essential to achieving key service outcomes.This is more than an administration role, it is an opportunity to take ownership, work with autonomy, and apply your judgement to complex tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
In this role you will:Deliver efficient, accurate, and timely administrative and operational support across the department.Coordinate systems, procedures, and workflows to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.Accurately collect healthcare information and maintain thorough documentation in patient records.Support reporting and team outcomes by assisting with data, documentation, and applying policies and procedures appropriately.For more information about this role, please view the Position Description.About YouWe are looking for someone who has:Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced,
