About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Leading Educator to guide and support a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
Full-time position on a rotating weekly roster Lead and mentor educators to deliver engaging,



child-led programs Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained
What We're Looking ForDiploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)Demonstrated leadership experience in an early learning settingSound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and organisational skillsCurrent WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
