This role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying recent business opportunities, and providing customers with technical solutions that meet their operational requirements.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in external sales within the industrial sector and possess excellent product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an established customer portfolio.Identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial market.Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify sales opportunities.Provide technical advice and recommend suitable bearings and power transmission solutions.Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.Work collaboratively with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service.Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and application advice.Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.Monitor market trends, competitor activity,
