About the RoleThe Western NSW Team is seeking a temporary Associate Director, Regional Coordination until 31 March ****, with the potential for extension or conversion to ongoing.
In this senior leadership role, you will drive and deliver place‐based, regional and state‐wide initiatives that improve outcomes for communities across regional and rural NSW.
Working at the centre of government, you will lead complex programs and service delivery reform in partnership with NSW Government agencies, local councils and the private sector.
You will play a key role in coordinating cross‐agency responses to urgent and complex issues, advancing whole‐of‐government priorities and delivering practical, responsive changes at a regional level.
The role also provides high‐level strategic advice to senior executives to support informed decision‐making and effective delivery.
