Job Description
Townsville Auto Spares (Brakeforce Plus) is seeking an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our operations and continue delivering the outstanding service we're known for.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of store performance, lead a dedicated team, and play a key role in driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solid leader with automotive parts knowledge, commercial acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive parts businessDrive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across retail and trade channelsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and new opportunitiesManage inventory, sales performance, and operational efficiencyOversee and develop a multi-functional team through coaching, mentoring, and performance managementRecruit, roster, and support staff to ensure optimal store performanceAssist with parts interpreting and customer enquiries when requiredMonitor financial performance, prepare reports, and contribute to business planningEnsure compliance with WHS, company policies, and operational proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve processes, grow market share, and expand trade customer relationships
Qualifications




Previous management experience within automotive parts, spare parts, retail, trade, or a similar environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent customer service and relationship-building abilitiesSound commercial and financial understandingExperience managing KPIs, sales targets, inventory, and business performanceParts interpreting experience highly regardedA proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skillsStrong organisational and communication skills
